Payment and Insurance:
Payment is respectfully due at the time of each appointment. I accept cash, check, and credit cards. If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you are generally permitted to use funds from these accounts for payment for psychological consultation, evaluation, and treatment. Please check the details of your HSA or FSA plan to verify covered services. I am happy to provide a receipt/summary of services if you would like to submit this information to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy:
Please provide at least 48 hours notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Otherwise, the full fee will be charged for missed sessions.
Emergencies:
In case of emergency, please call 911 or go directly to your nearest emergency room.
